August 1st J. Fukunishi reporting from Tokyo for Billboard in the 'Music Capitals of the World' section writes "...Little Peggy March will arrive Aug. 15 for a one-month concert tour..."
August 8th J. Fukunishi reporting from Tokyo for Billboard in the 'Music Capitals of the World' section writes ". . The same firm (Victor Concert Management) also signed Little Peggy March for one a month tour commencing Aug. 15." (This is the first trip to Japan by Peggy.) During this tour she performs at the Nichigeki Western Carnival.

August 26th - September 1st Peggy performs at the Nichigeki Western Carnival. Peggy recalls "The Japanese fans used to hand you a streamer...paper ribbon...while you were on stage, and then go back, tethered, to their seats.....I had quite a FEW".
September 12th Billboard have a photo of Peggy. The caption reads "PEGGY MARCH, RCA Victor artist, receives a bouquet from Japanese singer Hiroshi Kubo, on her arrival in Tokyo for her first personal appearance of Japan. Whilst there, she'll cut her first Japanese-language record."

November 28th Billboard (under Munchen) reports that Peggy “arrived here to record her new German songs for the RCA Label”. The report also says that Peggy and Paul Anka will be appearing on the Werner Muller TV special. Under Cologne, Billboard reports that "Werner Mueller's "Schlagermagazine" — hit magazine TV program — will feature in December on German TV Rita Pavone and Paul Anka in a duet, Peggy March, Didi, the ABC Boys, and four vocalists from Czechoslovakia..." Under London, Billboard reports that " Baumberger also supervised the promotional visit of Little Peggy March..."
